Laura Le Moreland

Laura Le Moreland, 63, of Sioux City, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2014 at her residence of natural causes. Abiding by her wishes her body will be cremated and there will be no local services held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Online condolences can be directed to meyerbroschapels.com. Laura was born the daughter of Ernest and Joanne (Spaulding) Moreland on May 20, 1951 in Sioux City, Iowa. She graduated from Riverside High School. Laura has been a lifelong Sioux City resident. Laura worked for Zenith for 10 years until its closing. She enjoyed crafts, needle point, and crocheting. She liked playing Candy Crush and Bubble Witch games. Laura is survived by one brother, Barry (Kay) Moreland of Sioux City; two sisters, Lisa Lalumendre of Council Bluffs, Iowa and Linda (Robert) Schmidt of North Sioux City, South Dakota; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and parents.
