Wilma Irene Tjebben, 86, of Sioux City passed away Friday September 26, 2014 at a Sioux City nursing home. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday September 30, 2014 at Morningside Lutheran Church with the Reverend Paul Andell officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday September 29, 2014 from 5 tol 7 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Wilma was born May 20, 1928 in Correctionville, Iowa the daughter of Don and Lillian (Bentley) LeFebvere. Wilma graduated from Correctionville, IA in 1947 and married Robert (Bob) Tjebben October 29, 1948 at Church of Christ in Correctionville. Robert passed away November 28, 1994. After their marriage, they moved to Sioux City where they resided and raised their family. Wilma was a member of First Lutheran Church and later a member of Morningside Lutheran Church where she was very active at both churches, participating in the choir, Bible study meetings, quilting groups, advent activities and the planning of luncheons and special events. Wilma is survived by three children: Daughters Deb (Tim) McWilliams of Omaha, NE; Marla (Brad) Moshuk of Camrose Alberta Canada; and son Craig (Julie) Tjebben of West Des Moines, Iowa. Five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; three brothers Richard (Shirley) LeFebvere, Raymond LeFebvere and Roger LeFebvere, tThree sisters Margaret King, Carol Bahney and Diane (Kenny) Abraham. Wilma was preceded in death by her husband Bob, parents, a brother Robert LeFebvere, one sister Shirley Mae LeFebvere and a daughter Cynthia Sue Tjebben.
