Richard L. Ballantyne, 84, of Sioux City passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at Countryside Senior Living Center. Per his wishes, his body was cremated and services will be held at a later date at Central Baptist Church in Sioux City. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
