Lois B. Ervin, 96, of Sioux City passed away on Monday, July 14, 2014 at Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Per her wishes her body was cremated. Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Friday, July 18, 2014 at Graceland Park Cemetery with Rev. Terry Embke officiating.
