Evelyn Mae Dougherty, 90, of Lakewood , CO , formerly of Sioux City passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at her home in Lakewood , CO . Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Burial will be in the Graceland Park Cemetery . Visitation will be on Friday, April 25, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. with family present from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Evelyn was born on February 1, 1924 in Sioux City to Conrad L. and Thelma L. (Greger) Goulette. She was united in marriage to Phillip J. Dougherty on May 19, 1951 in Sioux City . She was a homemaker raising her children. She enjoyed reading and traveling with Phillip in their motor home. She is survived by her 2 sons Jerry (Linda) Trudell of Lenexa, KS; Jessie (Jeannie) Trudell of Littleton, CO; 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; siblings Lester (Ruth Ann) Goulette of Omaha, NE; Lillian Docken of Omaha, NE; Delmer Goulette of Omaha, NE; and Larry Goulette of Delmont, SD. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Elmer and a infant daughter Linda Diane Dougherty.
