SIOUX CITY | Sally Marie Kloucek, 73, of Sioux City, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013 at her home after a long illness. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013 at St. Boniface Catholic Church with Rev. Michael Erpelding officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday with the family present 6-8 p.m. and a vigil service at 7 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Condolences may be sent online at www.meyerbroschapels.com . Sally was born Sept. 19, 1940 in South Sioux City, Nebraska the daughter of Leonard and Irene (Welch) Mackey. She was employed as a waitress and bartender at several business's and also worked at Bomgaars for years. She enjoyed her work as a Senior Companion for several years. On Dec. 29, 1976 she married Robert L. Kloucek. He died Dec. 21, 2001 in Benton, IL while the couple was en route to Florida. She was a longtime member of St. Boniface Church. Sally enjoyed camping, fishing and traveling to visit her family and friends. She loved playing table games and spending time with her kids and grandchildren and even the neighborhood kids, who also called her Grandma. Survivors include 5 children, Tom Tibbitts and his significant other, Patty of Omaha, Barry Tibbitts and his significant other Joci of Alaska, Gary Dixon of Alaska (looking for a significant other), Tina Snodgrass and her significant other, Mike of Sioux City, Scott Kloucek and his wife, Heather of Sioux City; and a daughter-in-law, Ivette Tibbitts of Florida. She is also the grandmother of Trisha, Dustin, Cody, Nikki, Nicole, Jennifer, Kristopher, Jayson, Heather, Tony, Jordan, Mickael, Devon & Ian. Great Grandmother of 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents (Irene & Leonard), her husband (Robert Kloucek), son (Raymond Scott), great-grandson (Gunner Mackling) and two sisters and a brother (Jackie, Patricia & Charlie).
