Edith "Steffi" Cornine, 63, of Sioux City passed away Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at a Sioux City hospital. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. today at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel, with the Rev. Miguel Ybarra of Morningside Assembly of God Church officiating. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home. Edith was born on April 11, 1950, in Lynwood, Calif., the daughter of James and Olive (Vickery) Fallon. Her grandfather, W.A. Vickery, was a longtime Sioux City resident. Edith was employed with the Los Angeles Police Department, where she served as a police service representative. After moving to Sioux City, she was employed with Delta Airlines until her retirement in 2005. Edith is survived by her brother and his wife, James and Deborah Fallon of Santa Clarita, Calif.; a niece, Sarah Fallon Leng and her husband, Josh and their children, Eva and Zoe of Oakland, Calif.; a nephew, Jimmy Fallon and his fiancee, Chelsie Shizuru and their children, Brendan and Thalia Fallon of Castic, Calif.; and her four cats, Bob, T.C., Babbette and Libby.
