Frank A. Bucchino

Frank A. Bucchino, 97 of Littleton, Co and formerly of Sioux City passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013 at a Littleton, CO Hospital. Services will be 10:30 A.M. Thursday at the Church of the Nativity Catholic Church in Sioux City. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. Wed. with the family present from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. and a vigil service at 7:00 P.M. Wed. at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Online Frank was born July 15, 1916 in Sioux City; he was the son of Peter and Antonetta (LaScala) Bucchino. He grew up in Sioux City and attended Sioux City schools. Frank served in the U.S. Air Force during WW II. He married Lena Dorashkevich September 5, 1942 in Dakota City, NE. She died Oct. 18, 2009 in Centennial, CO. Frank worked for the Illinois Central Railroad for 40 years. He is survived by a daughter: Karen Parker and her husband Timothy of Littleton, CO; 2 grandsons: Jason Parker and Aaron Parker and his wife April; 2 great grandsons: Austin and Eli Parker. Frank was preceded in the by his parents, wife: Lena; a brother: Tony and a sister: Angelene Pallbearers will be Jason and Aaron Parker, Darrell Hansen, Tom, Rob and Alex Keegan
