Henrietta R. Trudeau, 84, of Sioux City passed away Friday, Oct. 18, 2013, at a Sioux City hospital, following a lengthy illness. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Graceland Park Cemetery, with Deacon Patricia Roberts officiating. Trudeau was born May 18, 1929, to Henry J. and Mary (Chapman) Bennett in Sioux City. She graduated from Sioux City Central High School in 1947. She married Walter Trudeau on Sept. 26, 1947, in Sioux City. Mr. Trudeau preceded her in death on June 23, 2012. Henrietta was employed with Inter Bake Foods for 31 years, retiring as a production supervisor. In her free time, she loved flowers, reading and her cats. She is survived by her son, Joel and his wife, Debra Trudeau of Sioux City; daughter, Marla and her husband, Lynn Watson of Sioux City; three grandsons, Ben and Michelle Trudeau, Joshua Trudeau and Steve and his wife, Sarah Watson; a granddaughter, Gina and her husband, Brett Gerkin; as well as seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
