SIOUX CITY | Howard F. Foxhoven, 91 of Sioux City, IA died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013 at a local hospital from complications following a fall. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30, 2013 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Rev. Merlin Schrad officiating. Burial and military graveside rites will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Sunday with the family present 6-8 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
