Tina Marie Ann Lucart

Tina Marie Ann Lucart, 53, of Sergeant Bluff passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013 at a local care facility. Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 A.M. Thursday, September 26th, 2013 at Sunnybrook Community Church with Reverend Jeff Moes officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 P.M. with the family present from 6-8 P.M. at the Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Online condolences may be given at www.meyerbroschapels.com. Tina was born October 17th, 1959 in Sioux City, the daughter of Carmen and Darlene (Grillet) Lecato. Tina married her teenage boyfriend Randy White. To this union two children, Mandy and little Vernon were born. At the age of seven months, Vernon passed away from a rare disease. Tina later married her true love Donny Lucart Jr. She worked for several offices and later opened a day care. At the age of 34, she had her first heart attack. From that point forward her health continued to get worse. Tina went to be with God, her son whom she missed dearly for many years, and all of her other family and friends who have passed on. One friend whom she cared deeply for was Rick "Ski" Verbeski. She also missed her mother dearly. Tina's life was surrounded around her daughter Mandy and her grandchildren that she loved for than anything in the world. Tina lived for watching her grandchildren's sports, theater, and anything that interested them. She also loved karaoke. Tina is survived by her husband Donny Lucart Jr., daughter Mandy and husband Gary Cook; grandchildren: Richard Jay McKie III, Shana Marie McKie, and Danika Renea Barnes; step grandchildren: Christopher Ross, Landon Cook, Alexandria Cook, Makenna Cook, and Dylan Graff; two brothers Frank and wife Linda Lecato and Phil and wife Leann Lecato; two sisters: Darlene Clausen and Judy Hurt; Niece Rhonda Gorski; great nephews Josh Danderand and Connor Gorski; great niece Jennifer Gorski; and other nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews; sister in law Linda and husband Rob Richter; two brothers in law Lloyd Lucart and Clark and wife Arlene Lucart. Tina had many friends, and loved her church Sunnybrook Community Church and all its members. She and Donny were very close with Terri and Doug. She was preceded in death by her son Vernon Gary White II, parents, a brother Carmen Lecato Jr., grandparents, and many aunts and uncles. Tina will be dearly missed by her family, but know that she will be always watching her beloved grandchildren.
