Jeremy Wayne Anderson

Jeremy Wayne Anderson, 23 of Sioux City, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2013 at a local hospital from injuries resulting from an accident. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with Father Merlin Schrad officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Park Cemetery. Visitation will be today, Wednesday, September 4th from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with family present at 6:00 p.m. and a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Jeremy was born on January 11, 1990 in Sioux City to David and Kay (Miller) Anderson. He received his education in Sioux City and had worked at Frame Aligners for one year and Professional Concrete for four. Jeremy enjoyed fishing, hunting, four-wheeling, racing, and anything to do with the outdoors. His greatest joy was spending time with his daughters. Jeremy is survived by his parents, David and Kay Anderson of Sioux City; daughters Brooklynn Anderson of Sioux City and Zoey Anderson of North Sioux City, South Dakota; sisters Samantha Edge and her husband Derek Wolfe of Sioux City and Abby Hansen and her husband Michael of Sioux City; brother Lucas Anderson of Vermillion, South Dakota; niece Jorden Hansen; nephew Jacob Hansen; and girlfriend Sheena Hoffman of Sioux City. Jeremy was preceded in death by his brother Danny Anderson of Sioux City. Pallbearers for the service will be Greg Taylor, Jim Cole, Andy Hoffman, Aaron Shearn, Samantha Edge, and Derek Wolfe.
