SIOUX CITY | Dustin D. Clausen, 35, of Sioux City passed away unexpectedly Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, at a Sioux City hospital. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in Heisler Cemetery, rural Mapleton, Iowa. Visitation will be noon until service time Wednesday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.meyerbroschapels.com. Dustin was born on Jan. 12, 1978, in Sioux City. He grew up in Sioux City and attended Sioux City schools. Dustin married Jill Steele on Sept. 11, 2004, in Sioux City. He had worked for the last 12 years for Sioux City Foundry. Dustin enjoyed fishing, hunting, guns, boating and spending time with his kids. Survivors include his wife, Jill of Sioux City; three children, Chaz, Talynn and McKenna Clausen, all at home; his mother, Becky Clausen of Sioux City; two sisters, Samantha Clausen and Hannah Clausen, both of Sioux City; and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by is grandmother, Louise Clausen.
