Rose M. Wolf, 95, of Sioux City passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Michael Erpelding officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. with family present from 6-8 p.m. with a rosary service to be held at 6:30 p.m. and a vigil service at 7:00 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. She was married to Norbert Wolf on July 1, 1939 Alton, IA. Together they raised 6 children. He preceded her in death on February 7, 1989 in Sioux City. Rose cherished all of her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. She was also very fond of her beloved pets. Rose is survived by her three sons, Donn (Judy) Wolf of Salt lake City, UT; Ron (Pat) Wolf of Sioux City; and Bob (Carolyn) Wolf of Sioux City; 16 grandchildren, Troy (Gina) Wolf; Teresa (Joe) Duda; Raymond (Rhonda) Mersch; Mike (Lori) Mersch; Tim (Traci) Mersch; Barb (Mark) Cordova; Brenda (Troy) Wright; Brad (Maata) Wolf; Brandi (Dustin) Leo; Chad (Gina) Wolf; Cindy Wolf; Chris (Becky) Wolf; Connie (Dusky) Terry; Matt (Gry) Lacey; Dan (Tammy) Wolf; Angie (Joe) Rock; 23 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Jerry, 2 daughters Betty and Shirley and a grandson Brian.
