Elizabeth J. Krull

Elizabeth J. Krull, 98, of Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, May 08, 2013 at a local care facility. Funeral services will be held 10:30 A.M Saturday, May 11, 2013 at the Holy Spirit Chapel with Reverend Dennis Meinen officiating. Visitation will be Friday, May 10, 2013 from 4 to 8 P.M. with the family present from 6 to 8 P.M. with a Vigil service at 7 P.M. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be at Calvary cemetery. Online condolences can be directed to meyerbroschapels.com. Elizabeth was born the daughter of Frank and Sarah (Burns) Lenhart on September 17, 1914 in Storm Lake, Iowa. She graduated from Sacred Heart Nursing School in LeMars, Iowa. Elizabeth married Arthur Krull on May 8, 1938. She worked as a registered nurse for St. Joseph's Hospital. She enjoyed spending summers at the lake home in Eagle Lake, Minnesota and winters in Daytona Beach, Florida. She also enjoyed swimming, bird watching, nature, and journaling. Elizabeth is survived by her son, Arthur (Frances) Krull of LeMars; seven grandchildren, Patrick (Ellen) Krull, Londa Krull, Daniel Krull, Aaron (Tabitha) Krull, Karrie (Brad) Seeman, Stan (Nancy) Navrude, and Joy Noel Teiken; eleven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur; one daughter, Jane Navrude; three brothers; and one sister.
