Russell H. "Rusty" Williams, 61, of Sioux City, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013 at his residence. A memorial visitation will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2013 from 4 to 8 P.M. with the family present from 6 to 8 P.M. with a time of sharing at 7 P.M. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Russell was born the son of Donald and Marilyn (Clark) Williams on February 18, 1952 in Sioux City. He received his education at Central High and had been a lifelong Sioux City resident. Rusty drove truck for many years. He enjoyed working on and painting cars, fishing, and putting together model semis. He liked having coffee with his buddies every day at Horizon restaurant. He was a busy person who always had to be on the go. Rusty is survived by five sons, Russell Williams, Jr. of LeMars, Randy Williams, Ricky Williams, Clayton Lillie, and Michael Williams all of Sioux City; three daughters, Tracey Williams, Shanna Nygaard, and Amanda Williams all of Sioux City; one brother, Donald Williams of Arlington, Texas; three sisters, Victoria Hoffer of Sioux City, Marsha Nelson of Spencer, Iowa, and Rhonda German of Watertown, South Dakota; and 15 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
