Patricia A. Mannion, 63, of Sioux City, passed away Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, January 7, 2013 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with Reverend Kenny Hsu officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, January 6, 2013 from 4 to 8 P.M. with the family present from 6 to 8 P.M. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Online condolences can be directed to meyerbroschapels.com. Patricia was born the daughter of Norman and Beatrice (Anderson) Beglau on July 11, 1949 in Fargo, North Dakota. She received her schooling in Sioux City, graduating from Central High School in 1968. Patricia married Craig Mannion on August 9, 1969 in Sioux City. She worked for Brothers Box Company, Aalfs Manufacturing, and Service Masters of Siouxland over the years. Patty enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, camping, and casinos. Patty is survived by her husband, Craig of Sioux City; one son, Matt Mannion of Sioux City; two daughters, Kristi Meinke of Sioux City, and Amy Mannion of Sioux City; one brother, Jerry (Pam) Beglau of Sioux City; two sisters, Donna Osborn of Pennsylvania and Norma Wynn of Sioux City; 11 grandchildren, Tyler, Marcel, Corenz, Jaleque, Brent, Christopher, Abigail, Jace, MaKayla, Alexis, and Braxton; and one great-grandson, Maddox. She was preceded in death by her father, Norman.
