Coleen Chapman, 81, of Sioux City passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Touchstone Living Center. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Central Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colnial Chapel.
