Patricia Ann Baker

Patricia Ann Baker, 79 of Sioux City, died Friday, Sept. 28, 2012 at her residence after a brief illness. Services will be at noon on Friday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Monty McCoy will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Graceland Park Cemetery. Patricia was born Oct. 11, 1932 in Whiting, IA. She was the daughter of Willard and Lillian (Kirk) Kelly. Patricia grew up in the Salix, IA. area before coming to Sioux City. She married Keith E. Anderson. He passed away in 2002. She married Gordon "Shelly" Baker Feb. 26, 1970 in Sioux City. He died Oct. 1, 2000 in Sioux City. Patricia worked as a bartender at the Paddock Steak House in South Sioux City for over 20 years. She enjoyed dancing, doing crossword puzzles and crocheting. Survivors include 4 children: Kevin Anderson and his wife Linda of Sioux City, Debbie D'Ascenzo and her husband Paul of Sioux City, Kelly Anderson and his wife Carrie of Grapevine, TX, Kirk Anderson and his companion Sheryl Metcalf of Olathe, KS; 2 sisters: Vicki Bousquet and her husband Gerald of Hubbard, NE, Pamela Kelly of Red Bluff, CA, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands and a sister: Jackie Larsen
