David C. Johnson, 56 of Sioux City, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at his home following a short illness. A visitation will be on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 1pm until 3pm at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Abiding by family wishes, cremation will follow, and a graveside inurnment will be at a later date.
