Willard "Tunnie" Fish, 80, of Sioux City passed away here in Sioux City. Services will be 1 p.m. today at Congregation Beth Shalom, 815 38th St/, with Rabbi Guy Greene officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Shivah will be at 7 p.m. today in the Iowa Room of the Holiday Inn, 701 Gordon Drive, Sioux City. Tunnie was born in Sioux City and apart from time spent in the U.S. Army, he resided in Sioux City all of his life. He married Gloria Beth Krigsten on Feb. 6, 1955, in Sioux City. Tunnie was a bright and hardworking man with many talents and skills. The world is better because of him. He is survived by and is greatly missed by his daughter, Diane Arenson, and son-in-law, Ivan; grandchildren, Michael, Greg and Haley Arenson. He was a devoted and loving brother-in-law to Ray and Barbara Krigsten, Kay Myers (Larry, deceased), and Eli and Sandy Krigsten. He was a wonderful uncle to Marcy Saylan (Kevin), Lisa Krigsten, Bruce Myers, Michael Myers, Margo Myers Cornfield (David), Abby Curtis (Mark), Jill Krigsten and Kim Alperin (Adam). He was a deeply loyal friend to many people. He was preceded in death by his wife and the love of his life, Gloria Fish; his son, David Fish; his parents, Lou and Tillie Fish; and his parents-in-law, Dr. Joe and Mollie Krigsten.
