Michelle "Shelly" Derby, 48, of Sioux City died unexpectedly Monday, July 16, 2012, at a Sioux City hospital. Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Visitation with the family will be 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
