SIOUX CITY -- William A. "Bill" Wecker, 88, of Sioux City died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Touchstone Living Center. Memorial services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2012 at First United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Graceland Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
