SIOUX CITY -- Kelly Ray Graves, 53, of Sioux City passed away Saturday, February 25, 2012 at a local hospital. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at St. Michael Catholic Church in South Sioux City. Burial will be in St. Michael Cemetery, South Sioux City. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., and a vigil service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Kelly was born January 12, 1959, in Sioux City, the son of Donald Joseph and Norma (Vassar) Graves. He attended grade school at St. Michael's and graduated from South Sioux City High School. He is survived by his mother, Norma Graves of South Sioux City; a sister, Jean Marie and husband, Brad Moore of Dakota Dunes, S.D., and their children, Katie, Megan, Rachel and Ryan; best friends, Tony and Lisa Brackett; a special friend and companion, Nancy Rohner; and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Joseph Graves; and his grandparents, Ray and Kate Graves and Warren and Ollie Berger. Honorary pallbearers will be Brad Moore, Warren Schmitt, Tom Graves, Pat Graves, Tim Graves and Gary Larson.
