SIOUX CITY -- Pearl M. Titus, 90, of Sioux City passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012, at her residence. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at St. Boniface Catholic Church, with the Rev. Michael Erpelding officiating. Burial will be at Logan Park Cemetery. The family wishes to invite you to a small luncheon to be held at the Senior Center, 114 Main Street in North Sioux City following the burial. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Pearl, the daughter of Pete and Agnes (Halstad) Titus, was born August 28, 1921, in Decatur, Neb. She was raised by Mabel and Onney Goodwin. She graduated from Dakota City High School in 1940. Pearl married Dayton W. Titus on October 11, 1947, in Sioux City. Pearl worked for Fairmont Foods, Wincharger, and Woolco over the years. She enjoyed knitting, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and actively involved in the Fireman's Ladies Auxiliary. Pearl is survived by her daughter, Debbie Miller of Sioux City; two grandsons, Glenn Miller and his fiancee, Aimee of Sioux City, and Cody (Amy) Miller of Sioux City; and three great-grandchildren, Seven Pearl, Madison Rae, and Carter Anthony. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother; and one sister.
