BRONSON, Iowa -- Peyton Pottebaum, 6 months old, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2012, at an Omaha hospital. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2012 at Sunnybrook Community Church, with the Rev. Jeff Ream officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation, with family will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m., at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.meyerbroschapels.com. Peyton was born July 23, 2011, in Sioux City, to Jeremiah J. and Courtney C. (Cosgrove) Pottebaum. Peyton will be deeply missed by his many family members. Peyton is survived by his parents, Jeremiah and Courtney Pottebaum of Bronson; sister, Trinity Pottebaum of Bronson; aunts, Brianna Pottebaum of Bronson, Jillian Cosgrove of Baltimore, Md., Sara Fields and her husband, Justin of Greenwood, Mo., Melissa Mosbach and her husband, Tim of Urbandale, Iowa, and Jennifer Cosgrove-Stawicki and her husband, Shawn of Noble, Okla.; uncle, Chris Cosgrove of Rohnert Park, Calif.; grandparents, Mark and Lynda Pottebaum of Bronson, Mike and Connie Salviola of Sioux City, and Dennis and Gayle Cosgrove of Phoenix, Ariz.; great-grandmother, Irene Willer of Sioux City; and great-grandparents, Arlene and Wayne Henriks of Lawton, Iowa. Peyton was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Jim Willer; great-grandparents, Martin and Evelyn Pottebaum; and great-grandparents, Edward and Anne Cosgrove. Pallbearers will be Nathan Gilster and Brandon Verros.
