Kathleen Carolyn Stille

Kathleen "Katie" Carolyn Stille, 29, of Sioux City passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2011. There will be a visitation on Sunday, November 13, 2011 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel from 4-8 p.m. with family present from 6-8 p.m. and a prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Living Water Church formerly Northside Alliance located at 2900 Cheyenne Blvd. with Jim Lahn officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Katie was born November 26, 1981 in Iowa City, Iowa to Stan and Kim (Davis) Stille. She graduated from North High School. Katie was a Para Educator working at Leed's Elementary where she enjoyed chasing Grace down the halls. She had also worked at Longfellow and Nodland Elementary Schools. Previously she worked for Opportunities Unlimited. Katie enjoyed baking and cooking, sewing, traveling, and cats always brightened her day. She is survived by her mother Kim Davis of Sioux City; father Stan (Mari) Stille of Sioux City; 3 brothers Ryan (Kristy) Stille of Omaha, NE; Nick (Katie) Stille of Omaha, NE; and Conor Davis of Wayne, NE; her maternal grandparents Lester (Sue) Davis of Johnston, IA; paternal grandmother Rose Ann Stille of Mason City, IA; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother Carolyn Davis, paternal grandfather Harlan Stille and her great grandmother Emma Albert.
