SIOUX CITY -- Ethel B. Richer, 90, of Sioux City died Sunday, Oct. 10, 2010, at Touchstone Living Center.

Abiding by the families wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Friday at First Evangelical Free Church in Sioux City. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brother Colonial Chapel.
