Julie Prince

Julie Ann Prince, 44, of McKinney, Texas, formerly of Sioux City passed away after a long illness on Friday, November 7, 2008 at McKinney Medical Center in McKinney, Texas surrounded by her loved ones.

A memorial mass will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at St. Boniface Catholic with visitation one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will be held at a later date. Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Julie was born October 6, 1964 in Sioux City to Anna (Wagner) Prince and Terry Prince. She graduated from Heelan High School in 1983. Julie worked for Farner Bocken until their closing in Sioux City. She then went on to study at WIT becoming a graphic artisit; working in Sioux City until moving to Texas where she continued until poor health forced her to retire.

Julie is survived by her father Terry and wife Joan Prince of Sioux City; mother Anna Prince of McKinney, TX; sister Joan (Ted) Frost of Austin, TX; brothers Jim Prince of St. Clair, MO; Jeff (Gina) Prince of McKinney, TX; Joe (Caralyn) Prince of Allen, TX; 3 nieces, 5 nephews; 2 aunts Pat (Denny) Capron of Sioux City; Vina Vichrey of Davenport; a special cousin Brad Smith of Greendale, AZ; and several other cousins. She is also survived by her kitty Annie. She was preceded in death by prandparents Terrance (Lorena) Prince and William (Mary) Wagner.
