Marcia I. Pfaff

Marcia I. Pfaff, 89, of Omaha, formerly of Sioux City, died Monday, Oct. 9, 2006, at an Omaha hospital.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Martha Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Condolences may be sent online to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Mrs. Pfaff was born April 16, 1917, in Smithland, Iowa, the daughter of Frank and Edna (Frame) Daniels. She married Daniel Fred Pfaff on Sept. 2, 1939, in Sioux City. She was a homemaker. Daniel passed away July 1, 2003, in LaVista, Neb.

She was a former member of Riverside United Methodist Church in Sioux City.

Survivors include two daughters, Janice (Gary) Hacker of Omaha and Linda Kolter of Bellevue, Neb.; a brother, Delane Daniels of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters-in-law, Shirley (Wilber) Hof of Sioux City and Betty Krause of Cherokee, Iowa; six grandchildren, Lorrie (William) Farrell, Barbara Madison, David (Mary) Hacker, Scott (Carroll) Hacker, Danielle Kolter and Evan Kolter; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband.

Pallbearers will be William Farrell, Sean Farrell, Matt Farrell, Evan Kolter, David Hacker and Scott Hacker.
