Polly A. Peck

JEFFERSON, S.D. -- Polly A. Peck, 44, of Jefferson passed away Monday, Aug. 16, 2010, at a local hospital.

Per Polly's wishes, the body was cremated. No service will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City.

Polly, the daughter of Virgil and Clara (Jorgenson) Peck, was born Dec. 9, 1965, in Akron, Iowa. She loved her family and spending time with her grandson, Blazer. She liked to travel and ride horses. She was always a very dedicated worker. She loved to cook for her family.

Survivors include her husband, Steve Hopkins of Jefferson; two sons, Cody Peck of Jefferson and Randy Peck of Sioux Falls, S.D.; two daughters, Lisa (Thomas) VarVais of Sioux City and Jennifer Hopkins of Sioux City; two brothers, Douglas (Carla) Peck of San Antonio, Texas, and James (Sandra) Peck of Crockett, Texas; three sisters, Debbie Peck of San Antonio, JoAnn Peck of Jefferson and Pattie (Jeff) Hulit of Sioux City; and a grandson, Blazer Wilkinson of Sioux City.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
