MASKELL, NE -- Carol J. Olander, 59, of Mechanicsburg, Pa., formerly of Maskell, went to be with the Lord on Nov. 28, 2009 Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Maskell Cemetery, Maskell. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, John W. Olander; five children, Kevin and Eva Cole of Fox River Grove, Ill., Rebecca and Brett Hutchison of Spring Branch, Texas, Chris and Sara Olander of Winside, Neb., Amy and Howard Hobson of San Antonio, Texas, and J.D. and Beth Olander of Melbourne, Fla. She was blessed with 13 grandchildren, Andrew McClain, Justin, Megan, and Brandon Cole, Jacob Joseph and Brayden Hutchison, Micah Carson, Fauneil, Eddie, and Allan Olander, and Emma and Dylan Olander. Survivors also include her mother, Juanita (Tom) Alexander; brothers, Dan (Jackie) Doss and Larry Doss; and father-in-law Lloyd Olander. She was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Sue Doss; father, Max Doss; stepfather, Bill Gentry; mother-in-law, Darline Olander; brother-in-law, Merrill "Fuzz" Tanderup; and sister-in-law, Therese Olander.
