HORNICK, Iowa -- Robert "Bob" Madsen Jr., 62, of Hornick died Sunday, March 6, 2011, at his residence.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2011 at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel in Sioux City. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Sunday at the funeral home.
