Andy K. Lambert

NORTH SIOUX CITY -- Andy K. Lambert, 46, of North Sioux City passed away Friday, Jan. 21, 2011.

Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Jeff Adel officiating. Burial will be in Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m., and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Andy was born the son of Warren Jr. and Jean Lambert on May 29, 1964, in Sioux City. He received his education in Sioux City and graduated from West High School.

Andy married Suzanne Parent on Oct. 3, 1998, in North Sioux City. He was employed at Gateway for several years prior to working for Certified Testing.

Andy enjoyed his family and took pride in watching his sons play sports. He enjoyed metal detecting, fishing and yard work.

Andy is survived by his wife, Suzanne of North Sioux City; three sons, Tanner Lambert, Taylor Lambert and Trevor Lambert; his mother, Jean Lambert of Sioux City; three brothers, Marty (Cindy) Lambert of Sioux City, Dan (Sue) Lambert of Sioux City, and Mitch (Eva) Lambert of Sioux City; two sisters, Cindy (Rick) Craig of Jackson Center, Pa., and Laurie (Kevin) Lukken of Salix, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; father, Warren; and one nephew, Travis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Lambert Family Fund created in Andy's memory for the benefit of his family. Donations can be directed to any Sioux City Pioneer Bank location.
