SIOUX CITY -- Frank J. Kowalski, 74, of Sioux City died Thursday, July 15, 2010, at a Sioux City hospital.

Memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial of the cremains will be at a later date in Mento, N.D. There will be no visitation.
