Emma M. Johnson, 92, of Sioux City died Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, at Westwood Nursing and Rehab Center.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Augustana Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Del Olivier officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church. Mrs. Johnson was born Aug. 12, 1914, in Delmont, S.D., the daughter of John and Christina (Albrecht) Jurczewsky.
She married August R. Johnson on Dec. 7, 1938, in South Sioux City. He died Feb. 15, 1968, in Sioux City. She worked as a dining room supervisor at Sunrise Manor for more than 10 years.
She enjoyed gardening. She was a member of Augustana Lutheran Church and the Royal Neighbors.
Survivors include three nephews, Maynard Johnson, Allen Schultz and Gerald Johnson; and two nieces, Susan Whitt and Ardith Stalls.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a sister, Esther Schultz.
