John Martin Hudson

SIOUX CITY -- John Martin Hudson, 36, of Sioux City passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2010, at a Sioux City hospital.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.

John was born Oct. 29, 1973, to John Henry and Ellen (Babcock) Hudson, in Sioux City.

He is survived by his fiancee, Amber Manchester of Sioux City; a son, John Henry Hudson of Le Mars, Iowa; two daughters, Alex Hudson of Le Mars and Raylee Hudson of Sioux City; five brothers, Mark Cook of Sioux City, Lonnie Cook of Sioux City, John Hudson Jr. of Dakota City, Mike Hudson and Dick Hudson; four sisters, Edna Cook of Sioux City, Pat Rogers of Sergeant Bluff, Sandy Kirkland and Wendy Koeppee; six nieces; and five nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Eydie.

Honorary pallbearers will be Toma Cook, Tylo Cook, Lonnie Cook Jr., David Massey, Joseph Brown and Travis Raml.
