Linda J. DeHaan, 60, of Sioux City died Sunday, March 20, 2011, at Holy Spirit Retirement Home.
Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel, with Rodger Merryman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before service time at the funeral home.
Linda was born May 12, 1950, in Chicago to Clifford and Jean (Pensato) DeHaan. She graduated from East High School in 1968. Linda worked for Younkers Department Store for several years and was involved with PACE. Linda enjoyed talking to others about the promise of paradise that the Bible teaches, and she enjoyed singing. She was a member of the Jehovah Witness North Congregation.
Linda is survived by her close friends Billie and Ron Demeter; her friends at PACE; and all the large congregation of brothers and sisters in faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
