SIOUX CITY -- Pauline G. Coburn, 74, of Sioux City passed away Sunday, July 26, 2009, at a Sioux City hospital following a lengthy illness.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2009 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Matthew Miller officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m., at the funeral home. Condolences may be sent online to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Pauline was born Oct. 16, 1934, in Worthington, Minn., the daughter of Paul and Nellie (McLane) Warner. She married Jack R. Williams Sr. on Oct. 16, 1950, in Sioux City.

Her favorite pastime was playing cards with her grandchildren. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by seven children, Jack William Jr. and his wife, Jodi, Ricky Williams, Steven Williams, Carolyn Hewitt, James Williams and his wife, Billie, all of Sioux City, Jody Floyd of Chicago and Colleen Kincaid of Sergeant Bluff; a brother, Evor "Butch" Warner and his wife, Rose of Sioux City; three sisters, Charlene Williams and her husband, James, Judy Lucart and her husband, Floyd, all of Sioux City and Virginia Pieslak of Lowell, Mass.; 23 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Penny Owens; a sister, Shirley Kuehn; a brother, Clyde Warner; and a grandson, Jeremiah Owens.

Pallbearers will be James, Rick and Steven Williams, Daniel Kincaid, Raymond Jensen, Adam Harrison and Jeremiah Jensen. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Williams Jr. and Dillan Williams.
