SIOUX CITY -- Verle E. Black, 80, of Sioux City died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, at a Sioux City hospital.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel.
