Marilyn R. Beller, 78, of Sioux City died Thursday, March 13, 2008, at Indian Hills Nursing and Rehab Center.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday March 17, 2008 at St. Michael Catholic Church, with the Rev. Gary Snyder officiating. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday March, 16, 2008 with the family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a vigil service at 7 p.m., at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
Marilyn was born Jan. 14, 1930, in Sioux City to Orville and Leona (Junck) McCuddin. She graduated from Leeds High School in 1948.
She married Thomas C. Beller on Sept. 10, 1949, in Sioux City. She was a lifelong Sioux City resident.
Marilyn was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and the Altar Society. She enjoyed being a mother, grandmother and homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas of Sioux City; seven children, James Beller of Le Mars, Iowa, Kenneth Beller and his wife, Pam of Sioux City, Thomas W. Beller and his wife, Sharon of Sioux City, Jeanne Faith and her husband, Jack of Hinton, Iowa, Ronald Beller and his wife, Terri of Sioux City, Dennis Beller of Springfield, Mo., and Monica Baker and her husband, Curtis of Sioux City; a brother, Waldo McCuddin and his wife, Carol of Sioux City; a sister, Darlene Mercural of Sioux City; a sister-in-law, Delores McCuddin of Sioux City; 21 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother; a brother, Eldon McCuddin; and a sister, Beverly Buddi.
Pallbearers will be Mark Beller, Alan Faith, Todd Beller, Tony Beller, Ben Beller and Adam Beller.
