Andy Cornelius Andela

(Andy) Cornelius Andela, 81 passed away on Wednesday, April 8th at the Canton Good Samaritan. Andy was born May 12, 1927 in Sioux County, Iowa to John and Adrianna Andela. He married Beulah Wold in December of 1946 and together they had 11 children. Andy is survived by 10 children, Joyce (Robert) Fitch, Jack (Cindy) Andela, Chip (Becky) Andela, Kenny (Betty) Andela, Lois (Kevin) Wagner, Chris (Tammy) Andela, Debbie (Kendal) Roti, Petra (Todd) Thorpe, Eva (Carter) Horner and Richard (Peggy) Andela, son-in-law Ronald DeSmet, 22 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Brothers, Carl (Georgia) and Pete (Lois) and sister Therissa (Gerben) TeSlaa. He married Sylvia in July of 1986 in Sioux City, Iowa. He was preceded in death by Beulah, a daughter Barbara Desmet, a grandson Timothy and Sylvia. There will be a memorial service held in Hudson at the Hudson Lutheran Church on Saturday, April 11th beginning at 2:00 p.m.
