Carol enjoyed keeping up with family and friends on Facebook, reading her Bible, and watching comedy and scary movies.
Carol Lee Starr. Such a beautiful name, such a beautiful soul as well. Carol was one of the strongest women I know. She fought for a very long time, but that didn’t stop her from taking care of her family. She was a loving mother and caring grandmother. Made sure everyone was fed and safe. Her faith was an important part of her life. She brought the family close to God, as well as praying for everyone constantly. Now we pray for her to be safe and finally comfortable in her new life.
As she starts her journey, she is welcomed by family; and will be missed by many. She is happy now, and no longer suffering.
Carol is survived by her husband, Alan Starr of Sioux City; children, Aaron Starr, Roberta Starr, Faron Starr and Wesley (Elisa) Starr all of Sioux City; brothers, Jeremiah Frazier and Tracy Fields; and 15 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Aaron Starr.
