Charles Keizer was born in Sioux City, Iowa. He graduated Charis Bible College in Colorado Springs, CO in 2013, Charis Bible College Worship School in 2014 and Charis Bible College Business School in 2015.

He was a former Postmaster for the United States Postal Service serving prior to retirement as Postmaster of Paia Maui, HI; Postmaster of Barrow, AK; and Postmaster of Randolph, NE.
