Cherri Marie Reese

Cherri Marie Reese, 70 of Sioux City, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at a local nursing facility surrounded by her children.  A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 8, 2021 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Leeds, with Pastor James Travis officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to services.  Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.meyerbroschapels.com  Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel has assisted the family.

Cherri was born on November 26, 1950 in Sioux City, Iowa.  While in the workforce, Cherri was self-employed, and enjoyed being a musician.  She loved to crochet, and truly enjoyed spending time with family.

Cherri is survived by her two children Sue (Doug) Brand, and James (Missy) Tripp; four brothers, Fred (Linda) Reese, Gary (Barb) Reese, Bill (Susan) Copple, and Marty (Teri) Copple; two sisters Pam (Brian) Davis and Renee (Jeff) Stanfill-Marasco; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Cherri was preceded in death by her parents Merrill and Myvas Copple, and sisters Carolyn Frizzell and Dianne Beldin.
