Debra J. Drummond

Debra J. Drummond, 69 of Sioux City, formally of Grand Island, Nebraska, passed away Monday, January 30, 2023.  A memorial service will be 1:00 P.M. Monday February 6, 2023 at Morningside Assembly of God with luncheon to follow service.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service time at the church.

Debra was born the daughter of Thomas and Loretta (Stromberg) Roark on August 18, 1953 in Central City, Nebraska.  She was raised in Grand Island, Nebraska.  She worked at IBP in Lexington and had most recently worked at Wells Enterprises until she retired. She moved to Sioux City in 2001.

She enjoyed shopping and watching Nebraska football.  She was an avid bowler and bowled league in her younger years.  She was also a skilled sketch artist. 

Debra is survived by her children, Amy (Art) Figueroa, Jennifer Martin, Misty (Javier) Ceballos, Damien Hoselton, and Joseph Hoselton; siblings, Daniel (Sharon) Martin, Cynthia (Wendell) Crouse, and Angela Davis; she was blessed with 18 grandchildren, Anastasia, Michaela, Daniel, Christian, Malachi, Emma, Hallie, Lupe, Alex, Chasity, Angelica, Maria, Aurelia, Samantha, Brittney, Shiann, and Cali; 20 great-grandchildren, Trey, Nehemiah, Ezekiel, Azariah, Ivy, Giani, Cecilia, Veronica, Yazzminee, Nashhtynn, Hazelee, Jazpen, Liam, Logan, Lillian, Jean, Austin, Liam, and one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Rebecca Way, Darrell Martin and David Martin; grandson, Davino; and great-grandson, Valentino.
