Glen A. Olson

Glen A. Olson, 81, of Elk Point, South Dakota, passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 in Arizona.  Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.  

Glen was born the son of Gilbert and Pearl (Gardner) Olson on July 29, 1939 in Akron, Iowa.  He married Marie Easton on October 9, 1956 in Onawa, Iowa. 

He owned and operated Olson Welding in Elk Point for many years.

Glen is survived by his wife, Marie Olson of Elk Point, South Dakota; children, Mark (Kim) Olson, Gene (Linda) Olson, Mike (Kim) Olson, and LeAnn Olson; brother, Bruce (Joy) Olson; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
