Harley Franklin Emmick

Harley F. Emmick, 2, went to Heaven on June 2, 2022 at UnityPoint - St. Lukes Hospital in Sioux City, IA surrounded by his family. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 10, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. at Sioux City Baptist Church. Visitation will be Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. also at the church. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established by the family. Harley was welcomed into this world on May 14, 2020 in Sioux City, IA to Dawson Emmick. During his time, he enjoyed being held, kissed and cuddled by his daddy. He was comforted by listening to baby shark and being next to his twin brother Hudsyn. You could always find Harley playing outside, blowing bubbles, boxing with dad and hanging with his dog Axel. Harley was involved with Building Blocks Preschool & Child Care since August of 2021 and made so many friends while being there. Harley was loved by all who met him, and touched many lives in his short time here on earth.

Harley will be forever remembered and loved by his daddy, Dawson Emmick of Sioux City, twin brother, Hudsyn Emmick of Sioux City, grandma, Barb Emmick of Sioux City, two aunts; Catlyn Emmick of Sioux City, Laurie Lake of Hinton, IA, two uncles; Justin Emmick of Sioux City, Brennen McCulley of Sioux City, Papa, Donnie Tasy of Sioux City and a great aunt, Nancy O’Hearn of Sioux city.

He is preceded in death by his grandpa, Larry Emmick, great-grandpa, Donald Emmick, great-grandparents, John and Gladys Rissell and one cousin, Eric Joslin.
