Harrison "Harry" D. Kuhl

Harrison (Harry) D. Kuhl, formerly of So. Sioux City passed away March 14, 2022 at his home in Gilbert, AZ, where he had lived since 2009. A memorial service for him will be held at Mohr & Becker-Hunt Funeral Home at 1431 W. 29th St. in So. Sioux City at 10:00 a.m. on April 23, 2022. A graveside service for both Harry and Maddy will immediately follow at St. Michael’s Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to www.meyerbroschapels.com. Harry was born on a farm in Randolph, NE on October 9, 1931 to Dave and Luella (Bohnson) Kuhl. He worked for his father in the bee business in Dixon, NE and then enlisted in the USAF in 1950 during the Korean War. He married Maddy Dalton on November 8, 1952 and eventually moved back to Dixon in 1954. They had, what he called, their “six pack” of children…Kerry, Dave, Lori, Barb, Bob and Ellen. He moved to South Sioux City in 1962 and sold Insurance and then Real Estate, retiring in 1992. Maddy passed away on November 9, 2015 at their home in Gilbert, AZ.
