Jason E. "Jay" Coziahr, of South Sioux City passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at a Sioux City hospital.Memorial services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday July 9, 2016 at the Mohr Funeral Home in South Sioux City, NE. Visitation with family present will be held one hour prior to the service.Jay is survived by his sons, Scott and his wife Kathy of Omaha, NE, Craig and his wife Paige of Minden, NV, and Douglas and his wife Andrea of Council Bluffs, IA; his wife, Mary Ellen of South Sioux City, NE; step-daughter, Stasha Jean of Sioux City, IA; and 10 grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ila Jean Coziahr; and his parents, Emmett and Josephine Coziahr.Memorials may be made in Jason's name and sent to the Mohr Funeral Home in South Sioux City.
